		<description>Thanks for the kind words.  I really enjoyed sharing my experience with this simple technique.

I actually use a software timer called Pomodoro Desktop for Mac that can be downloaded for free (+donation) at http://pomodoro.ugolandini.com.  I can use it anywhere and the app tracks previous Pomodoros, which a kitchen timer won&#039;t do.

I tried one of those tomato timers from Amazon last month and it was cheap and inaccurate.  If you like a real timer, get a good one that can be pretty precise.
